Welcome to VTC Mijas Costa. By using our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Services
VTC Mijas Costa offers private passenger transport (VTC) services in Malaga and surroundings. Our services include airport transfers, corporate services, special events and personalized tours.
2. Bookings
Bookings can be made through:

All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp). The booking is considered accepted when you receive our confirmation.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are established according to:
• Distance and duration of service
• Type of vehicle selected
• Additional services requested
• Season and availability
Payment can be made:
• Cash to the driver
• Bank transfer
• Credit/debit card
• Business invoicing (with established account)
All prices include VAT.
4. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation policy:
• Free cancellation: more than 24 hours before service
• Cancellation 12-24 hours: 50% charge
• Cancellation less than 12 hours: 100% charge
• No-show: 100% charge
Modifications are subject to availability. Contact us as soon as possible to make changes.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer commits to:
• Provide correct and complete information
• Be at the pickup point at the agreed time
• Inform about special luggage or specific needs
• Comply with behavior standards
• Not consume food or drinks without authorization
• Not smoke in vehicles
• Respect the driver and vehicle
6. VTC Mijas Costa Responsibilities
We commit to:
• Provide clean and perfectly maintained vehicles
• Professional drivers with VTC license
• Punctuality in pickups and destinations
• Current mandatory insurance
• Quality service and professional treatment
We are not responsible for:
• Delays due to force majeure
• Exceptional traffic or road closures
• Items left in the vehicle (although we will do our best to return them)
• Missed flights due to causes beyond our service
7. Luggage
Included at no charge:
• 1 large suitcase + 1 hand luggage per passenger
Special luggage (bicycles, sports equipment, etc.):
• Must be reported when booking
• May have additional cost
• Subject to space availability
8. Airport Services
For services from/to the airport:
• We monitor your flight in real time
• Included waiting time: 60 minutes from landing
• Driver will wait in arrivals area with sign
• You must provide flight number in booking
9. Minors
Minors must travel accompanied by a responsible adult. Child restraint systems (CRS) must be requested when booking. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the CRS is appropriate for the minor.
10. Complaints
For any complaint or incident, contact us within 48 hours of the service through:

We study each case individually and commit to respond within a maximum of 7 business days.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Malaga, Spain.
